What do i need to do this? and is it easy to do?

 

Its fairly easy to do mate. you will need: efi loom, fiesta rst ecu & map sensor, edis mod, coil pack, efi manifold, trickiest bit is sorting out crank possition sensor i did mine with a fiesta rst one as i already had the hole in my block for it but i believe it can be done with a sierra 1800 bottom pully set up which will save having to change the flywheel.

no probs, yes you'd be running efi injectors, either fiesta rst blue injectors for upto i think 180 bhp or biege for upto 220 bhp or bigger again for big horse power.

You'll need special injectors to run more then 240bhp on the fiesta management

unles you stay with beiges for 230/240 bhp, but thats there limit
