when i run spybot s&d i get this...

Windows Security Center.FirewallOverride: Settings (Registry change, nothing done)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\FirewallOverride!=dword:0

is it a problem or should i leave it ?

I have removed the entry via Seach & Destroy,

but im not sure how i got it

It's safe .. In fact you prob deleted a good file ..

It's to do with the XP SP2 setting in the Security Centre, that's all.

Someone's changed your firewall settings from default, might be you that's done it however
