Got absolutely wrecked for four days.

Drank more guiness than should be physically possible, went to a strip club, came home wearing a dress one night, and the following evening came back with blood down my shirt after getting punched in the mouth by a 12 year old!

Went a few months back for my Stag Weekend and WHAT A FUCKING QUALITY PLACE

I didnt think it was possible to drink for 3 days solid and still be alive

We ended up SNORTING Tequilla while having a meal on the Saturday afternoon.....................i think

Loads of bars around the Temple Bar area and a few Strip clubs(Went to the same one as Rich and it was full of fit birds )

Quality places to eat but TRY and get to the American Diner "Captain America"--VERY good food and top place

Been a couple of times. Pretty scruffy place really(what city isn't?) Hotels etc can be very expensive,as is everything else there. Not a bargain break sort of place. Has got loads of shops/bars /clubs,and the Guiness is totally different to over here,lovely stuff! By the time you leave you'll be sick of the stuff and your poo will be black(and smell terrible)

 

Apparently it's also the biggest city in the world..................

Irelands a minter you won't need any pointers on where to go you can't fail to have the 'craic' whereever ya go

depends on what your looking for??
for a proper weekend you need to get out of dublin,head for Killarney or Galway better craic as most country folk dont give a shit

 

temple bar is a district (not a bar ), very busy at night

prices are pretty much same as here

the no smoking in pubs lark is a bastard though i found this very wierd - you put a beer mat on top of your drink and go outside for a fag, when you come back into the packed bar no one has nicked your table or cleared your half empty pint away - very unlike what would happen round town (sheffield)



yes i was hungover at the time

guiness factory/museum is very cool

 

if u want a top quality hotel, try the Morrison, its crackin
