Where is the Hilton in MK and how far would it be from there to Silverstone??

I know from cardiff it's ''back tracking'' a little on the Sunday....but to be honest I don't really want to be detouring around oxford for a travel lodge when we're going from Cheltenham through the cotswolds etc.

Frickin website Im booking on doesn't want to tell me where it is either. lol
So anyone stayed there before or do I have to find it on the hilton website

God why doesn't the silverstone travel lodge have space, making my life difficult this is

next to the OU , easy to find , the big green road is the A421 , its quite close to the A5 as well.

hilton in MK is not up to standard IMO , but if you get it for a good price then thats cool.

if you are on about ford fair sunday , then there is a convoy going past the hilton sunday morning as we meet in the BP up the road

30 minutes from silverstone.

Katie, from there its a little bit of a drive in the morning but not tooooo far I guess. Slightly closer is the Travel lodge in Central Milton Keynes, that is pretty much opposite the A5. Even better is if you can find a B&B in Towcester, then Silverstone will be within sniffing distance in the morning.

 

Booked the Hilton Clare earlier today. I had a good look through all the nearby hotels and all were booked that I wanted unless Im a single smoker with a baby that needs a cot
no baby and/or a nicotine habit...

No worries on the number, either is good, ive got loads to do during the day tmoz but should be sorted by the evening and Chip hs already suggested popping out for a drink somewhere so the more the merrier

Mark........... I live on Two Mile Ash My best mate lives on Blakelands (very very nice area!!!) Kents Hill is full of single mums on housing benefit.

Which Lloyds? the one in the Theatre District or the big one 'Secklow 100' amongst all the office blocks?

 

im staying at the comfort inn (quality hotels) this time, as most of what im there for is at wymbush, the only lloyds i know is the one near xscape ??? near yates i think, we usually meet at the moon under the water bar then walk across the road for a few !!

am i in a good area ????

 

That hotel isn't far from my house (on the same side of the estate anyway).

The Lloyds you are on about is the one in the Theatre District, not a bad bar, but gets RAMMED on a Fri and Sat night, usually 5 deep at the bar. I prefer the other Lloyds as its huge but the drawback is its more out of the way. If you're in there Tuesday i'll try and pop up

Im waiting to speak to Stu about the tyre size on the slicks, I have a feeling they will be too wide for my fezzy, and as much as I am eternally grateful for your offer, im probably going to have to decline.
