with so many people changing to 90 spec bumper and spoiler i dont often see really tidy examples of 88 spec cars.

so heres a few pics of a mates car as i think its proper tidy!

its just coming out of winter storage really so i gave it a valet to try and get him interested in it again - hope it works!

keep these rs turbo's alive guys, keep em mint n standard as well as having the highly modded ones out there

u cant beat the sound of a rst with mongoose gargling out the back



the best hot hatch that came out of the 1980s they r still alive today and going strong better than the german and french CRAP trying to compete

Will change the bumper, but it will be based on the 88 spec

 

ive changed mine outside to 90 spec but wouldnt change the interior, mine being red, suits my 88 spec interior better, and 90 spec gets dirty quicker!

 

I much prefer the 88'Spec exterior [front bumper and rear spoiler] and interior to the 90'spec on the older models. I'm having my car painted at the moment and decided to leave it 88'spec [although the interiors not exactly '88 or '90 ]

Some very nice pre 90 spec cars there.

This is me mates an earily one has no sunroof and no electric windows and something else that makes it rare but i carnt remember.

When he picked it up back home

Then to work with some cleaning, painting, and maintenanice.

New brake, belts pumps so on had been stood in a garage for 5 year so need doing.

Clean engine

Still had the origonal exhaust and hes still got it i think some where but now replaced with a 3" scorpion
