gold wheels are horrid imo

 

best suited colour for my car\wheel type IMO.

i've just had them repainted and unsure if i like it.

Its a very pale metalic gold.

 

is that your car in your sig ryan? if so then fair do's as thats the only wheel that looks the nuts in gold imo of course

Look good in direct sunlight, but a little as its metalic paint, so very crystally

did think black but dont think they would look that good due to the way the wheels is put together, i.e not the same as nutters or karls.

 

I quite like the lighter colour....

Black dont look that good on this exact wheel IMO. But as with anything, its hard to tell untell there on the car.

Think is due to the way the centre piece is pretruded.

yeah thats exactly what i think katie, the design of the wheel is completely lost when the centres are black.

Not much point having a wheel with such intricate detail if you're going to blank it out with black....multi spokes look ok as they have gaps in between ....but that just looks solid black as there's so little space between it all.

Must be getting late if you're trusting a girls opinion...christ...lol

I think the problem with the lighter gold shade is it looks very 'powdery' because of the metallic paint....the other gold looks more 'chromey' thats the only way I can describe it. Like uninterrupted smooth colour versus powdery colour?
Maybe the texture as opposed to the shade which spoils the effect?

Get a girl to do it.....it's like nail varnish so a girl would be able to tell exactly how it'd come out

 

think the finish on my wheels is to light and also too cloudy.

think i need a finish that isnt laquered.
