On its way out? When im in the US i will most prob buy a car, and seing as most of them are autos it will be my first auto car But how do u tell if the box is on its last legs? Presuming things like slow changes and noisey etc?

 

Changes should be smooth and not jerky, and if the fluid is black and smells 'burnt', then it's fooked.
