Wouldn't liek to own one, the bills for repairs and spares apparently are through the roof.

Haha yeah, but what the silly sods don't realise is that they could just upgrade the brakes to aftermarket items.
Funny though, how anyone who owns an LC ALWAYS keeps it standard! Why? It costs more to keep it standard.

Gotta respect the LC friend of mine has the Omega LHD version and that's standard but bloody shifts. 1,300 rpm in 6th gear at 70mph!!!

The Lotus Carlton was at its time as fast as a Ferrari Testarossa. It was really awesome. Many people complained about its too high top speed and speed in general. But I think all those who like the Sierra Cosworth (not the 3dr) like the Carlton because the look is really similar, and it has the same spirit.
