67 were built, changes to exterior were, differant rear spoiler, sideskirts, front bumper spoiler, rear bumper apron, rolled arches, colourcoded c pillar trims, rouse sport badges, thats it from what i can rememebr lol.
The bodykit is still available but dont think you can order it unless you have a rouse sport.
Moose130 on here does replica front lip spoiler and the rear spoiler aswell.
Im sure DOO on here will coadd a few things if I have missed any.

Spec as follows
260bhp/300lbt rouse 302-r/304-r
Price when new around 30k plus depending of options
A smaller Garret T25 turbo rather than T3 which all but eliminates turbo lag as boost is available from about 1700 rpm upwards.
Re-mapped ECU.
uprated suspension buhes
Different front bumper which also incorporates an RS500 style splitter.
Larger boot spoiler.
Different side skirts
Rear bumper skirt
Rouse Sport 302-R/304-R decals to back valence and side rubbing strips.
Rolled arches to accommodate the 225/50/15 yokohama tyres rather than 205/50/15 on the standard Cosworth.
Full leather interior (only very few had cloth) which included extra shoulder bolsters in the front seats which were also re-badged as Rouse Sport rather than Recaro
Option Wood pack fitted to door carsd and dash inserts ash trays etc..
More sound proofing around bulkhead and under carpets
luggage bar & straps
twin edge wipers
high output bulbs
identification plaque
Initially Andy Rouse planned to build 100, however, the total figure only reached 67 of which 6 were 2 wheel drive, the other 61 were 4 wheel drive.
Prob less than half of the figure still on the road today
Big BHP figures were not the aim, the aim was to develop the engine to produce more than 300lb/ft of torque. This was achieved, hence the name, 302 for the two wheel drive and 304 for the 4 wheel drive. The 2 and 4 relating to drive wheels and the 300 depicting 300lb/ft torque.
theres prob a few more Modifications i forgot or don`t know of?
