Default ebay! your help/advice needed

Hi all!
Basically I placed an advert to sell all my garage equipment on Ebay with a "BUY IT NOW" type auction. The auction had 3 days to run and I paid allot of money for the advert, costing over £45 withh most extra features.

Somebody clicked the buy it now feature, but claims he thought he was buiyng individual tools not the lot, and is pretty new to the whole Ebay thing.

Where do I stand in regard to relisting this item immediatley and all costs invovled?

Any help or advice would be apprieciated.
thanx

If you are getting on with the 'buyer' that made the mistake mutually agree to end the auction which will get your listing money back and release you from completing the transaction. You can even give each other positive feedback

Follow the instructions
