koni suspension wot setting

Default koni suspension wot setting

hi there iv just got a set of konis with avo 25 mm lowering springs to fit on my escort cosworth its got a stare 3 on it wot do i set the shocks to soft med or hard i dont use the car much and dont track it wot you lot think cheers

i think you need to wear the koni's in on soft for a while. then increase them if needed

Yes mate i believe the settings are there to allow the shocks to be 'tightened' up as they wear giving them a new lease of life each time. Most people set them to hard straight away and therefore reduce the life of them

Mine are on soft and they do the trick !!

Got mine on softest setting and still feel every little bump. On hard the drive is too bumpy on our third world roads.
