Default Esc Cos side skirt help!

Need to sort out my skirts on the cos as one sides near on hanging off at the moment.

Getting a price to have resprayed at the mo, but i've heard there's loads of problems getting the clips to mount the skirts. Does anybody know how to remove the skirts & also if anybody know how many screw, clips, nuts i need........
