I dont think u need to as it is not a race track but a unrestricted toll road so no head protection is required but is advised, Not sure about the noise level as some of the big bikes are very very loud

Steve.

Reading Ben Lovejoys site. He says they do random checks on cars they know will pass that limit. So it keeps the locals happy because they've done X number of tests.

if you roll quietly up to the gate and put your ticket in and roll quietly away, you'll be alright. but if they suspect that your car is loud at the entry gate, that is where thye'll do a noise check on the spot and not let you on if it's too loud. i would bring an extra silencer if you have one, but if you're careful you won't need it.

yes they are ! m8 of me got banned from the Ring cause his GroupN exhaust was to fookin loud.

i was really careful when i was there and the bloke came over and said mine was to loud so we just kept sneaking on when he wasn't looking
