Going to make a real effort to get my scort on the road for August 13th. Started today again been a long time since I did anything on her.



This is when I bought her 3ish years ago







What I started on today







Managed to get a fair bit of welding done on the drivers side, slapped some underseal on while I was there.







Also got the gearbox back in, bit of an effort on my own. Lost all the oil out of it, where do I fill i up??



finally tried a bit of the paint I bought the other day on the wing.







To do tomorrow, weld in the rear gearbox mounts, fit prop, fill gearbox, prep the body for paint.

no they aint there better ben at least they drive the proper wheels

Added some paint late yesterday

 

turned her round in the garage today, and still looks great even in this state





But was not too happy to find this

After advice from guys on here, inside is now going white

good luck, gona be smart. had a few probs with my mark2 capri in the left wing a few holes.

 

Gearbox is in and mounted properly now, gearstick in, prop and exhaust fitted, and chucked a seat in roughly, will mount it tomorrow
