Get the AutoArt model mate it is 100 times better, your right the Minichamps one is wrong on several points ,the quality is very dissapointing

it is cos i have the capri rs 31/26 model they did in yellow,still not a patch on the auto art ones,but in a limited amount.

 

they are the worst model minichamps ever made a joke to be fair and yes i am a collector and would not purchase those cus there shit .

you should see the rs3100 for mistakes,its an rs2600,yellow black bonnet ,no ducktail spoiler ,did they not check what an actual car should look like?still worth getting the bad ones,as in time they could be the difficult ones to find.

Remember the price difference. Minichamps retails at £20. Autoart is closer to £50.

 

IMO bags of poo, all my biante's and minichamps are ten times better than them!! Even the auto art one IMO are shite!!

Looks just the ticket in my cabinet in the sitting room

 

I've got a couple of the 20 quid ones, and when they are just sitting in a glass cabinet as a representation of the car, I can't fault it. Especially when you think if you got them from the wrong place with postage etc. you can nearly buy 3 to every one autoart model.

I have had a good look at the Autoart ones, and they are really good though - you pay's yer money and you takes yer choice

 

What you think of the minichamps Texaco touring car I bought one and think
its damn fine!

 

There are some good models out there. The Sierra is a AutoArt model and cost me £50 and teh Escort is a UT and cost just £20. Both look cool in the cabinet. If it looks good to you and your happy that's all that counts

 

dont get me wrong minichamps are the daddy but on the most recent white and black plain 1/18 scale 3 doors are shit all the ones before ie black texaco,white wurth etc are mint as fuck

 

Even the auto art one IMO are shite!!

Sorry mate I have to disagree, I have all the Biante ones except the first really rare Dick johnson car and the AutoArt models are much better quality and detail,they have carpeted floors and parcel shelfs
agree that the 2 newest Minichamps are very poor though and nowhere near as good as the Texaco,LUI ones
