its gettin better now mate,still soar.Woke up this mornin at about 8.30ish,and my eye was shut BIG TIME,didnt even wann aknow till after 12,but as the days gone on,it feels better now

Went and got some cotton wool buds,and ive spent a good 45mins,cleanin out all the old,stale blood so i feel good now!!

Just wish i knew why it happened,as every 1 that ive spoke 2 about it,hav never seen them before,or know why they did it?!?!?

You have PM but its expensive for the whole lot, but you are getting everything needed, 6 spd box, ecu, loom and engine

 

New form Ford they are Ł340 + Vat exchange for a short motor, so buy the crappiest bottom end you can find and see your nearest dealer.

I got a nice 1600cc Zetec which produces over 220BHP if you are interested
dry sumped and injected etc etc

 

PMSL they aint poo trust me

These something new coming out for them in the next few weeks and it lets it rev right upto 7750 rpm on a std engine without damage!

 

i got 2 1.8 heads, and 2 1.8 bottom ends, 1 130 spec, 1 105 spec, both the same except oil spray jets.

as for the ST170 engine, basically its a zetec bottom end, with a modified head and VVT and different cam cover
