as above what is best to use and dont just say mineral oil pls(castrol duckhams etc)

I would prefer to use a fairly good quality mineral oil for the first 600 - 800 miles a "name" brand - Castrol/Duckhams/Shell etc......

A decent mineral 15w-50 is what we recommend.

Some shit cheapo 15-50 about 6-7 quid a tub



Then change after 500miles to more cheapo shite to 1000miles then back to mobil 1 or the like and its all done

I wouldn't advocate putting shit oil in, that's a wives tale.

A decent mineral oil will not cost a lot

by 'shit' oil it was a firgure of speech


the oil I used cost about 8 or 10 pounds each time
