Reptastic

If I saw that on the road I really wouldn't expect it to have a Cossie lump under the bonnet

Im loving it really plain, i think im going to just leave it pretty much how it is, other than:
refit the rs500 lower spoiler
fit cosworth badge on boot
paint spoiler tip black

Not even going to fit the black line up the door and rear quarter that they normally have, im liking the smoothness of it without it, and with it not being a cossie it doesnt matter if its original or not so i can suit myself without offending anyone

Me likly!

I think a set of clear rears with the brake & fog sections painted red wouod look very nice on that chipper! to get rid of the porange indicator section!

Not overly keen on window tints!

U goin to apint wheels black!?

The windows arent tinted, must just be the light in the picture, they are just bog standard rs500/3door bronzed glass.

Wheels are staying silver.

Lewis, have a look through the windows to the rear spoiler on this one, you can see the colour of them better:

Ive actually got a slight problem with the glass lewis.

Im going to end up known as "oneclear" i think, which admitedly is only slightly different sounding to what i get called already.

The drivers side rear window smashed when taking it out (due to the accident folding the car up and putting stress on it) so that one has had to be replaced for now with a normal clear rear side window, where as all the others are bronzed.

You dont really notice it to look at it TBH unless you are really looking closely, but obviously could still do with getting it sorted at some point, but its fine for now.

FastKA, im certainly not taking the mid engined nova to france again, i spent 3 hours aruging with customs that it was road legal and they wouldnt let me go till an english copper came over from kent to confirm it in the end, sod that, we were 4 hours late on the train in the end, not good when you have already been driving for 16 hours at that point!

On the escort i used to have green fronts & bronze back(openign 1s) until i bought some green rears from fords!

u couldnt really notice that unless it rained!

but clear to bronze aint really gunna b a big difference!

am sure u will come across a rear 1/4 window anyway if u can b bothered!

Be a boring world if we all like the same thing mate
