Default 4 psi....plz help

ive just got the S2 ready for the MOT on friday as i have restored it..I took it for a 12 mile run this afternoon and its only boosting to 4 psi.

It was std, but i have bought and put on -

-31 act
pace intercooler
MD chip
samcos all round
k&n
mongoose zorst
uprated fuel pump
new amal valve which does click and work

And it still feels piss weak under load, hardly any boost at all. Its had a new engine top and bottom 5k ago, it drives lovely and smooth and ticks over great...But 4 psi for all the above makes me wanna go buy a corsa (PMSL id rather run 2 psi than own a corsa..lol)

plz help

a distressed RS owner...

You will need to take it to a turners so they can set it up,you can turn the boost up yourself but if you get the fuelling wrong then you risk engine detonation

Should able to whack a bleed valve on, bleed valves at max only bleed off about 5 psi so if hes boosting 4 + 5 thats 9psi which should be fine on std fueling as they run 7-9 out of the box anyways

Yeah thats cool it wont be running out of fuel @ 9psi but if the Co isnt set to match then thats a problem. The mixture has to be right.
I know too many people who have messed about with bleed valves(Including myself)and regretted it.

If you do decide to set it yourself, which is fair enough.Just dont hold it flat out mate
