Default NURBURG TRAVEL DETAILS...(updated)

... These are based on a first come, first served basis.
They are pretty cheap compared to internet prices at the moment.
EUROTUNNEL TRAIN
OUTWARD journey 9th September 2005 Friday;
07:58 Folkstone £111.00
09:06 Folkstone £124.00
I have booked on 07:58 with a few others
I booked Rainbird on the 09:06.
Anyone who wants to get their tickets should aim to get a booking between or on these times.
There are other trains between them times apx 08:28, but after 8am it is already +£13 dearer.
We will all meet just after the tunnel exit, in Calais, at the petrol station, for the others who want to cruise down in convoy
The travel agents are called Hermes travel and can take bookings.
As the trains get filled Eurotunnel increase the fares. Tickets can only be booked ONE CAR AT A TIME .
Call 01702 711336.
Speak to "Chris or Lisa" and say that Chris from Carnoisseur gave you the number, and they'll sort out the same deal.
The booking is for a RTN, coming back on the train from Calais @ 17:58 local time. Arrives UK 17:33

We do usually travel down late Thursday/early Friday for exactly that reason, but not this time it would appear.

Nath,
The reason for booking this weekend is because it will be a lot quieter and we "should" get more time on track due to that reason.

Also many have moaned about not getting to see the sights etc, so we are organising a sit down meal for the Friday night for everyone and then Karting on Sat morning and the Museum Sat afternoon.

We should have the track pretty much to ourselves on the Sat evening (apart from the locals) .

Sunday should also be quieter than normal, so there is method in our madness...

The following weekend will be stupidly busy (every man and his dog is going ) and I doubt we would get any more time on track for that reason....
