EUROTUNNEL TRAIN
OUTWARD journey 9th September 2005 Friday;
07:58 Folkstone £111.00
09:06 Folkstone £124.00
I have booked on 07:58 with a few others
I booked Rainbird on the 09:06.
Anyone who wants to get their tickets should aim to get a booking between or on these times.
There are other trains between them times apx 08:28, but after 8am it is already +£13 dearer.
We will all meet just after the tunnel exit, in Calais, at the petrol station, for the others who want to cruise down in convoy
The travel agents are called Hermes travel and can take bookings.
As the trains get filled Eurotunnel increase the fares. Tickets can only be booked ONE CAR AT A TIME .

Speak to "Chris or Lisa" and say that Chris from Carnoisseur gave you the number, and they'll sort out the same deal.
The booking is for a RTN, coming back on the train from Calais @ 17:58 local time. Arrives UK 17:33

Ring open Saturday pm, Sunday and Monday.
We will arrive on the Friday.
Nurburg is APX 250 miles from Calais.
Cruising speed will be 83mph.
Hotels that I know have accomodation are Nordschleif Hotel Adenau, Sliders (25km's away), and Blau-ecke where my lot is staying.

I best drive over the night before as i reckon Folkestone is a good 6 hours drive from here

Ive got a contact over there who assures me there is plenty of hotel rooms going
My not be the one your at, and might be a bit further away but he is saying they are 25 euros a night and usually have loads of room.
Will try and book this train ourselves thou and join in the convoy

The reason for booking this weekend is because it will be a lot quieter and we "should" get more time on track due to that reason.
Also many have moaned about not getting to see the sights etc, so we are organising a sit down meal for the Friday night for everyone and then Karting on Sat morning and the Museum Sat afternoon.
We should have the track pretty much to ourselves on the Sat evening (apart from the locals)

Sunday should also be quieter than normal, so there is method in our madness...
The following weekend will be stupidly busy (every man and his dog is going
) and I doubt we would get any more time on track for that reason....

seriuosly tho, hes sorting out the payments etc so im a bit screwed as for paying for stuff like the hotel booking and the train accross etc on my pittance of a wage
