The noise is what did it for me when I went to silverstone many years ago - absolutely awesome

Theres a Test Day at Silverstone in September. Un-sure of which teams will be present. Free access to the stadium area. If you are a good blagger. You might even end up in the Pit lane like I did in June When I was there. Everyone except Minardi and Sauber were there.

Take ear plugs. As after 3 hours the noise really hurts

 

I got back last night- great weekend - weather was great and the atmosphere was brilliant

best bit has to be the historic cars power sliding and giving everything on each corner!
