Default Oil pressure

Today I fitted my oil pressure gauge and it seems to be working fine.
What I need help with is what I should be looking out for to tell me my engine and oil are both doing fine. For example when the car starts from cold what sort of psi should the gauge be showing, what psi should it be when the oil warms up and what should it be during normal / hard driving. Also what symptons would show up and tell me that their is somthing wrong and I should stop. I will appreciate any other usefull oil pressure technical advise too.

My engine is a CVH turbo and I also have fitted an oil temp gauge.
