Default Strange dirt/colour on turbine blade?

I cleaned the air filter today and notice that one of the turbine blades looked different.

Looks a bit strange when its just on one of the blades doesnt it?

Tried to clean it off with no success.

Would this tiny amount of dirt cause any inbalance?

Yes, it does look like blood doesnt it? Perhaps it ate a scoobydriver without me noticing?

I got some oil debris on the wall of the intake hose but thats evenly distributed so it beats me why only one blade got this on it?

Problem is, it's been there ages it needs a good soak and you can't do that

Might be worth trying WD-40 ??
