aint nothin wrong with them. I almost bought one when tyhey first came out. I have seen some germans do some cool things to them also.

no you can't remove the orange bits out the head lights, u can cover them with some mesh which can be sprayed any colour to match the car or silver to blend with the headlights, lets the orange light thru cuase it has tonnes of tiny holes in it but hides the orange bits. not really sure about the size of wheels best bet trying a ka forum for that.
therotically, you can fit 18's on there so long as the tire profile comes down to suit (keep the rolling radius the same) although i think a set of 17's will be a better bet.
as lynz said, the orange bits dont come out like in the fezzies, the're glued in from what i've seen so the options are to go with the mesh stuff or to change the headlights to a morette conversion.
