James, when you drive a fast car, its easy to break the limit, I'm sure you've done. It was 11pm on a Sunday night in a industrial area, not half 3 past a school!

 

i got caught doing 80 in a 30 and got a 42 day ban and 200 quid fine, 0 points.

ur a jammy git for gettting off that easy mate - my insurance is sky high as a result of that CD10 on my licence for 5 years - oh well only another year to go.

did u go to yarmouth magistrates mate?, they are quite good there, i done 67 in a 30 on the seafront on a bank holiday, i only got a 28 day ban and a 50 quid fine!!

but tbh thats technically a worse punishment than a 28day ban as ya got 3 years of big insurance they actually pay morew than people with 9 as with 6 ya still think ya got another life, with 9 ya know ya fooked at drive sooooo much in the law

a ban would fook ya chances of drivng a rental car, company wehicle but ya still would have 4 more speeding offences before ya lost ya licence so tbh i think they dealt with ya very harsh , but they done it to teach ya and points will teach ya more than a ban imo so everyone wins

30mph over a 70mph limit and ppl get banned, you go almost 50mph over a 30 limit and get off

there's certain roads in your local areas etc that you know the risks to and for varying reasons the speed limits are set overly safe.... (i.e. there are alot of 40 limits between residential areas that could be nationals etc) dont know why everyone jumps on the wagon

 

71 aint a big speed though for a quick car

you can accelerate to 71 then slow right down again
