Its a garage workshop i've just finished.
Basically i order all the materials and subcontractors to do the work.

Work for a building contractor. I'm a Quantity Surveyor.


The vehicle hoists, tyre change, wheel balancer and compressor were all new and cost over Ł80,000.

We also did some structural works to the existing building, all new heating and loads of electrics.

 

i could live there

 

And being the Royal Mail workshop, it will still look like that in 10 years time cos they never do any work, and when they do, they moan about it...
