Hi everyone, aint been on here for ages, got a lot of catching up to do

Ive very recentley purchased a Mondeo Zetec S 2.5 V6 (05 Plate)

and am Looking at modifying it for more power, 170 BHP isnt exactly going to set the road on fire And plus its got a stage 4 saph to keep it company, So anyone any suggestions for making this mondie quicker

Any suggestions also for good suspension kits?
