One of my tyres on the evo has got a bulge in the side wall & i need to get it sorted in time for the GT Battle
But im planning on getting some 18" comp mo's for it anyway but that aint gonna be till a couple of months yet.
So what i need to know is can i have 2 different tread pattern tyre's on the same axel without flockin up the transfer box? (as i've been told it will flock it up)

The other 3 tyres are mint but i dont want to buy a brand new Pirelli P6000 just for a few weeks worth of driving.

 

Dont be a tight arse and just get the Mo's now! take it as a sign

Its the tread depth that is the problem! If one side has more tread than the other the wheels will turn at different rates and this is what messes it up!

 

Ahhh so it's got nowt to do with pattern / makes etc?
