chip foose is the main rival of boyd coddington uknow the guys that do "overhealing" chip used to be really good friends and worked under boyd till he broke away and started hes own company which is why they hate each other.

Charlie leaves Boyds to go to work for the enemy (Chip Foose), takes Boyds other painter Andrew "Beetle" Bailey with him & whilst staying with Boyd at Boyds house f*cked his Missus too! (The fit one not the pit bull that works in the office!!
