Dont you just hate cars!!!!!!!!
After a week of the BMW having a miss on one cylinder for the first 30secs or so everytime you started it, the headgasket packed its bags yesterday 
Looks like its gooing to be a nightmare of a job as its twin cam, 24 valves and vairable valve timing
oh and just to make matters worse, i spoke to my engine builder yesterday asking if he could check the head once i had got it off, told me the heads are prone to cracking and might even need replacing!!
