Default S2 Running probs, Please help!!

My s2 starts but wont idle, it sounds like its running on 3 cylinders n has no compression what so ever. When it starts n i put my foot down it keeps running but is really lumpy and pours blue smoke out the back???

NE1 know what could be the problem?? I have a spare engine i was going to put into it but would like to know if the problem is repairable first??

NE Help appreciated, Cheers

sounds like a holed piston, then again,a fooked plug could cause the lumpyness, but no comp, sounds like maybe a holed piston or/and fooked gasket, blue smoke, water+oil
