I figured that my cone filter would be sucking in as much hot air as it was cold. made this airbox quickly to see if it makes any difference. do you think i should keep it or is it shit?

sorted my self out with a cold air feed today, could do with somet like that though,
alarm in the way on mine

 

i got a cereal box and made up a template. layed it out flat and cut it with metal blades in the jigsaw. took 12 blades to cut it out tho. then just folded it to shape.
couple of bits had to be welded because of the shape. got a mate with a tig so was handy.
