Looks a clean motor mate. Ford gearboxes last longer than you think but it also depends on how you drive. I had a brand new box couple of years back and am running 190bhp and its still running strong the only thing that is crap are the standard clutches. Do you have efi management as i cant see your metering head but if you have efi how do you do that with the standard manifold.

AKRS1,
from the top!
is got a brand new ford lsd box in it! its a 2.1 runnin cosworth management! t34, greens and 3 bar map sensor runnin through l6 brain! ben rollin roaded with 300bhp and 350lb of torque! thats what itwas set up in my mates car that the engine came out if! i ve made a few alterations so should see a bit more! as for the manifold it uses a two piece s1 manifold with an efi fuel rail installed! its all been port matched and flow tested! ben told its got better flow rate than an efi one! there are a few different ways of cossie management! all do the same job!
