AA better in ALL areas.

RAC have always taken a long time to turn up during peak periods.

AA as rac dont offer the same cover options and AA are the biggest and have a customer service department to die for

greenflag lied to me to get a policy and 3 months later they refused to tow me to a garage of my choice as i was 30 miles from my home address and so only offered to tow me to a local garage or home, i argued with em for 2 days and in the end the best the offered me was a full refund and 50 quid to join the AA even though they offered a price and policy match it wasnt the same policy

AA also class you as a memeber not the car so if ya like me and got a few cars that are not in your name ya sorted anyway

Been with AA and RAC, both good, currently with RAC, been rescued about 5 times this year, got a letter to say next time I'm being charged - fair enough after several rescues in one year. Generally though well pleased, turn up when they say they will, and if not they do actually call you. Not saying AA are crap, it's been some years since I was last with them.
