my mate got 4mb with Bulldog but can only connect to a max of 2mb cos of limitations on the bt line lol, bulldog said tough, and when he spoke to BT they said other than rewire the road theres fook all he can do

you can only get above 2mb broadband ADSL (not cable) in the center of london where other companies - not just BT- own the cables and equipment etc.
Its a shame I'm just on the outskirt from the nearest 8mb exchange
