Does any one know a easy way to remove or redirect the coollant pipe witch goes from the automatic choke to the intake manifold and then throught the head, can i just disconnect this and connect on to another pipe. or is this the main cooling pipe leading into the cylinder head, since i want to stop the manifold from running hot to try and get as cold as possible air running to the engine . i have a 1989 mk3 fiesta 1.6 s cvh its off the hemipherical head type, its the same engine as the xr2 but its unleaded and has a different carb, thanks for your help.
