hey peeps, can anyone tell me if theese comp results are ok or not? my s2 is putting out a fair bit of blue smoke, on startup, idle and acceleration, none really on overrun that i can see, mainly startup and idle, comes and goes in intensity...

so an increase of about 10-15 psi during wet test... does this indicate piston rings worn enough for blue smoke? engines done 90k

all seam ok, more than likely your turbo thats onits it way

 

They are all good high figures there.

Have you taken the boost hose off and checked for play in the turbo shaft?

Could be valve stem seals, or worn piston rings or worn turbo seals.

 

Sounds like Turbo Oil Seal to me.
