Default whats going on???

got a bit of a weird thing happening on my 4x4.my brake fluid level normally sits on or just below the max line.but recontly it has been going above it by about 1cm!today it did this but now the abs pump runs all the time, like its building pressure and when i press the brake pedal it pulsates!anyone got any ideas what could be causing this??all help greatly appreciated!cheers in advance

have you got a turbo heatshield fitted?
as the heat from the exhaust manifold could be causing the problem

i did have one fitted but have run it today without it and only today have i had the pulsating pedal etc. but the fluid level always rose above max?
