Default vulcanengines

180 bhp to 200 bhp engine fully fitted to s1 drive in drive out anybody know,or anyone had it done?/

Speak to a lad on here called Tony Turbo with a white series 2 RST. There is 2 tony turbos on here bear in mind though. The second one has a red series 2.

ive heard mixed reactions with vulcan! i would go to stu at msd,karl nms! only ever heard good things

msd is that in blackpool or near there and how much for 1.6 turbo rebuild to 190 bhp full recondition jobby.i live in huddersfield is there anywhere else near that are any good ?

Stay away from Vulcan. Dodgy bastards, supplies of shitty wanky parts and then don't give a fuck after your 3000 mile engine throws a rod.

didnt someone have a sig on their user name saying avoid vulcan like the plague or something like that. To be honest i live a couple of miles away from them and nobody ever speaks of them here. I would recommend jamsport in northampton

Mines currently at MSD being rebuilt. The aim is around 220BHP, (Stage 2 turbo, bigger intercooler, mahle pistons, 6 paddle clutch, samcos, etc). Just can't wait to get it back now!

get a 1.8 zvh m8 you can get them done for around £600 great fun loads of torque!!!! i personally prefer it to the cvh...

i agree there mate i built my own 1.8 zvh and running a std engine through out but running a chip allowing 14 psi and it put out 147 at the wheels (roughly 180 at the fly).

with plently of torque too boot however if you are going to do that get a 2.0 to start with
