till tryin to post picks but heres some spec

ENGINE:

2.0 litre Zetec bottom end - bored to 2086
Mahle pistons, compression ratio 7:51
ARP bottom end bolt kit
Felpro metal head gasket, stage 3 head, 3 angle valve seats
Mercedes bronze guides
Piper 285T2 cam, vernier pulley, stage 3 turbo (48 exhaust housing, 55 trim, 360 degrees bearing)
31 actuator modified inlet manifold to hold fiesta turbo fuel rail and pressure regulator, 803 green injectors
Cosworth throttle switch and manifold pressure sensor, 3 bar map sensor
AVA mv220 fully mapable management, AVA one-off front mounted RS500 style intercooler, repositioned pace alloy radiator, modified charge pipe and boost pipes, samco hoses, swirl pot
Bailey header tank, bailey breather system, bailey evo dump valve
Peaks to 22psi, holds 18psi to rev limit 7000rpm
Dyno proven 230@wheels at ava glasgow.

GEARS uprated gearbox 3.8 final drive

AP paddle clutch

HI SPEC 285mm front and rear disc conversion

KONI dampers 60mm springs

7.5 17s ford rs alloys toyot1s tyres

fully rebuilt and restored in 2002 + to much other stuff to list

what sort of times you pulling with that hp figure?

ne pics of the cooler? sounds interesting! what sort of ACT's does it hold?

best time av done was 13.8 but just wheelspinning most of the way but its good funn,acts on road they are 22 tops the intercooler is a work of art thanks to ava,took fastest fwd at pf crail may o4 and pipped at post by focus rs at pf crail may 05,its all good fun!

thats a clean one uve got there davie u must have to much time on ure hands mate,good power for 16psi though,what fuel mods it got? that manifolds a masterpiece i can c me havin one of those

Its got the fuel pressure mod and another AVA fuel mod that works like a 5th injector but its electronic, when it gets to a certian rev it puts extra fuel into the engine.

if you ask AVA they will tell you

Holty was telling me about your car at last months RS meet! I couldnt place it at the time but on seing pics I recall seing it in at AVA

how much are one of those exhaust manifolds?? also do you to do much modin to get em to fit eg th down pipe?? cheers

The manifold cost me Ł700 over 2 years ago so it is a bit more expensive now, you dont need to make any mods to the exhaust coz the turbo sits in exactly the same place as it did with the standard manifold.

this car is fast, i was racing him that day at crail in my std looking s2, another one wi ava stuff, turbo round the back etc 220 @ wheels, and it kicked my ass, although my mate who owns it now will want a rematch as he has new engine in it now, sure it will happen one day at crail,
