is it a 3" bore?
what make? as mongoose only do 4"rolled in for erst and doesn't have a flexi in it

 

Looks like a magnex front system to me as my old one had a flexi, and a mongoose backbox

Best of both if you ask me, saves changing the manifold studs all the time cause of them snaping cause of the engine moving

 

nope for sale as a whole system, and im not entirely sure of make i presumed mongoose as thats what it was advertised as when i bought the car.

either way its a stainless system.

Who was the fooking nob end who fitted the boss and plug BEFORE the backbox - I sure wouldn't want to be the one connecting that up - BOOM!!

Other than that - a steal for the price

 

Oh, btw the backbox is Scorpion, the Mongoose have a complete circular bracket that goes arround the backbox

that flamer kit worked fine as far as i Know, installey by severn valley i think.

 

magnex systems are about 3 inches longer then mongoose, which means the tailpipes sits slighty further out if you use a mongoose backbox on them.. does it say scorpion on the tailpipe?
are you sure thats 3inch mate as it looks abit small to me

 

That's defo a 2.5in Magnex system with 4in Scorpion backbox

i know its deffo got the flexi section and its deffo a 4 inch tailpipe (big pipe) and its deffo very deep and burbled alot.

its a stainless system in mint condition for £150

ur wrong james lol as the scorpion has a long 1 pipe off the back box and goes in a 3 pipe system when a monogose has a 4 pice system with the 1st part being small of the back box as here but its defo a magnex front system

agreed with alex i had the same setup 2.5" magnex with a 4" mongoose backbox - it sounds the Dogs !!! AWESOME EXHAUST -

Are we sure on the make 100% yet James, im after a new exhaust, i have a Scorpion at the mo and it sounds too quite for my taste, 4" through pipe and 2/2.5" bore in back box.. It burbles but not very loud or deep, i had a powerflow system on my other standard/unmodified RS turbo and that sounded mean.

 

as above i presume a scorpion rear box on a magnex system, i will say this system is very deep and sounded mean on tickover (loud), although i ran a zvh engine so obviously produces a different sound.
