coil wireing help
help my s2 has had no power since ive had it but ive had my volt meter on the go and pin 1 from the ecu to negative on the coil tower im getting over 5000 ohms i think, il double check it today and the same if i put the meter on pin 13 and 1
dose pin 1 wire pass through anything else on the way to the coil?
can i join a new wire and bipass the original wire? 5 years with this problem please help

u can bypass the lot by taking a wire from the + on the battery to the black side of the coil, it will then act like the ignition is on if you just press the wire into the connector and onto the coil top

the green wire(which is what you are testing) splits, one half goes to the rev counter and the other goes to pin one of the ignition module thats a singal wire only, its the wrong side of the coil, thats not the problem with the lack of power.
if your getting a good spark then the coil, dizzy and leads are ok
