What Oil, Plugs and leads!!
Just brought a ERST, gona do a service, its chipped with a rebuilt top end and 369 degree turbo, Any one got any ideas on what the best oil will be to use, the best performance plugs and the best performance leads?

Oil, speak to '"oilman" off here, and I'd use standard ford leads and maybe plugs, depends on exact spec.

I use Mobil One Motorsport oil, NGK plugs and I guess I'd go for Ford leads.

NGK BC8RES if more or less std engine. ford leads also and champion filter, remember fuel filter also.
