This looked pretty convincing. Except the address it came from and the fact that Hotmail picked it up as Junk.

 

ye i got something like that a week ago from natwest. thought it was dodgy with it having my email and the dear customer we have noticed that you have a payment that looks dodgy please click the link and check your account. so i just deleted it if it was from the bank they only get in touch by post plus if they notice something like that you think they would call me by my name.

 

Nah, tis dodgy, i deal with HSBC finance thru a secure website, and they have put notices up on my messagepad saying they will NEVER email you for details etc!!

 

Log onto your bank on the web there should be a warning about it. I had a warning from the Abbey this morning.
