Hello I have a standard Escort RST s2.

i have been driving it for about a year.
but now i want someting faster


how can i get about 180 hp ????
what shall i buy or change ????

decent exhaust(mongoose or magnex)
chip
cam(piper or newman)
front mount intercooler(pro alloy or grs)
could go bigger turbo if you like for closer 200bhp

 

180bhp is piss easy.

Chip
Exhaust
Air filter
Bleed valve
Proper set up and you should be pretty damned close. Mine made just a smidge over 180bhp with this setup

what shall i buy then dos it fit from an Escort Cosworth T34 ????

 

a t34 will need new down pipe and some fitting! worth doin tho! but mainly for big boost jobs!

like oranoco said 180 is fairly easy! if thats all ya wanna go for forget the big intercoolers! a half size pave one will be more than enough!

chip,zorst,intercooler,air filter and some boost! a few people dont like bleed valves! but thats upto you and your tuner!

i am from sweden.

 

Same mods as i have apart from the bleed valve. 182 bhp, might be a tad more as the tuner recomended silcon hoses & had a weak actuator, but now have changed all that.

 

Hi there i got 180 bhp out of mine by fitting a 1.8 zvh, -31 actuator, and a chip it dont feel as fast as a 1.6cvh doing 180 bhp but its smooth with it

 

Easy mate, i have exhuast, air filter and chip. Front mounted pro alloy intercooler and she holds 16psi with standard turbo and cam.
