The following pictures were taken in approx 1987 A few months after my Dad had taken delivery of his brand new S2 RST

I was 5 at the time and fucking loved the car, I thought some peeps might be interested in seeing them

Seeing that now, it still doesn't seem like the carswe drive are 20 years old!

You'd probably be able to trace the whereabouts of it if you wanted to know where it was now, through the DVLA/C or something.........

class!!!! bet it ran like a dream how much did he pay for it and did he get thhe extras with it

 

He can't remember how much he payed as he traded a blue XR3 in for it, the car had the custom pack fitted and had the graphic equlizer.

Around the same time his best mate had a black 3 door which was having a few problems so he asked us to look after it for a few months (as he was working in Newcastle and feared it getting nicked), so every morning I could look at the both of them

 

how cool is that my dad used to just own a shonkey sierra 2.0lx lol

 

what id give to own some of these cars straight out of the factory!! wish i was old enough when the S1's were brand new!!
