It will stop that annoying clutch rachet clicking! which mine used to all the time.

AP clutch is just too hard for the silly piece of plastic ford designed!

Some maybe alright for a while, but get a bit of wear in the bushes of the pedals and it dont like it for long.

good conversion & dosn't cost a lot either, you need a mk6 escort clutch pedal, 1 cvh rocker nut, mk6 (white) quadrant, pedal bushes & a pedal rubber. if you need the part numbers i can look them up.

oh i thought he was talking about the mk5 hex bolt adjustable pedal.

I wouldnt have thought a mk6 one would be any better then a mk4 one.

its the same thing, no?

If you could mate, and all the prices it would be much appreciated (my local Ford place wouldn't have a clue what I'm on about lol)

Only drawback I found converting was the pedal feel seemed deadened. Might just be me but thought it worthy of mentioning. Deffo worth doing all the same. It's annoying and potentially dangerous when you dip the clutch and it the pedal clicks and drops but the clutch hasn't disengaged.
