Default s2 rebuild undate!!!!!!!!7/12

my brother has just bought this car after wanting 1 for a while just happend 2 be quite cheap but the oil pump has packet up and maybe fooked the big ends and cam so rebuilt is on the cards
its got a stage 3 turbo, turbo systems chip, full scorpain exhaust, KnN filter bailey dump valve so its got sum goddies
interior is als clean so
i recon is a rite bargin!



(has odviolsy been cut out )



polished and painted rims 8)


new engine is a 1800 low comp zvh should be just over 200bhp

tell me about it its easy if you have a spot weld drill bit the hardest bit is getting it out front where the wings over lap it on the top corners

yeah m8 dont them for my bro fucking hard work though just use normal paint and primer they still need 2 have another polish but hwaiting until i can borrow my m8s polishing mop

welded up the chassie leg the other nite so now i can cut the rest of the front crossmember out weld tha in find a bonnet line the front panel up etc
the engine is now at my house just whating for a head ive bougt

littel bit of progress ,the front crossmember is in and ive started 2 give the bay a tidy up and a paint for when the engine goes in soon then the front panel can go on then its going 2 have all the dents and rust on the body done by my m8 then taking it 2 work and haing it painted

no pics as me old man fucked off on holiday with the camera

fitted the block and box this afternoon brand new ford mounts and clutch had no probs fitting it and didnt scratch the paint just waiting 2 get the head back then sling that on and nut it all back togeather

spent most of tonight fitting g-max suspenion all round much better now
and then tidiesd up the loom reparied alot o wires and re raper most of it
does anyone know if you can buy the plastic loom clips new?
