tillio -yes i thought of that but its quite raised so i reckon that it would take quite a bit of polishing to reduce it,i polished the intercooler when i first got it with autosol metal polish and it come up pretty good,yes i am a BUFTY

YOU CAN BUY A DECENT QUALITY POLISHING KIT FOR £20, I DID MY THERMOSTAT HOUSING. GOT ALL THE LINES SMOOTHED DOWN, AND THEN POLISHED EM OUT.

IF NOT GET A PRO TO DO IT, WOULDN'T TAKE EM LONG AND I DOUBT I WOULD COST THAT MUCH.

P.S ARE YOU WORRIED BOUT A STRAY STONE THRU UR INTERCOOLER??

Where did you get your polishing kit from?

Yes i am a bit worried about that stray stone

but i dont use the car that much so fingers crossed it will never happen,i was going to put mesh in the front but ive seen to many XR3is and other escorts with cut bumpers and mesh,id like to think mine has been done for a purpose i.e maximum air to the intercooler.

GOT MY POLISHING KIT FROM ME LOCAL HARDWARE STORE.

ITS TWO ATTACHMENTS FOR A DRILL, AND TWO BLOCKS OF SPECIAL RESIN AND POLISH COMPOUND

MOST HARDWARE STORES DO THEM!

AND AS FOR THE MESH, I HAD THE MESH ON ME LAST BUMPER. BUT WITH MY SPANKY NEW GRS JOBBIE, I TOO THINK IT WOULD BE A SHAME TO HIDE IT.

P.S PIC OF THE ARSE END WOULD BE COOL!
