Default How much am I looking at....?

Have found out today that 2 of the nuts holding the turbo onto the manifold are missing! There are the ones on the right hand side!

I have been told that the turbo will need to come off before these can be replaced as it is impossible to get in to fit new nuts!

How much am I looking at for a place to take the turbo off and put it back on properly with new bolts?

Isnt it time consuming though taking the turbo off and putting it back on again?

If it was the 2 bolts on the other side I could have just chucked new ones on and used that lock stuff to put them on but they are on the side it is hard to get to!

Has anybody had this problem before? IT is making it blow like a beatch which is the main reason for my dirty engine bay

Mate u r having a laugh surely..

a socket set from halfords for 4.99 and about 5 quids worth of studs and bolts from Ford.

Undo boost hoses
Remove water and oild feeds (ok u need spanners for this)
Undo exhaust
about 9 (7 if u have 2 missing) bolts for the manifold to head

take it off.. replace bolts and re fit.

If u take it to a garage IMHO 30 quid TOPS.

Its a 10 minute job
